Your key
There is no account to sign in to. Everything rests on one key, shown once after payment, and on the email you used at checkout.
Where is my key?
It is shown on the thank-you page right after payment, once. If you pressed Activate on your site there, it is already saved in WordPress: open the settings of any Smallapis plugin to see its state.
Activate it on a site
- From WordPress: the Get a key button in any Smallapis plugin leads to checkout, then to a one-click activation on the site you came from.
- By hand: paste the key in the settings of any one of the four plugins and save. The others use it too.

I lost it
Keys are stored hashed, so nobody can display one again, us included. Instead:
- Open the link from your payment confirmation: it leads back to the thank-you page with your order reference.
- Enter the email you used at checkout.
- Press Get a replacement key. The new key works at once and the old one stops, wherever it was.
Move it to another site
A key is for one site at a time. Remove it from the old site’s settings, then paste it into the new one.
How long it lasts
A yearly key is a single payment for twelve months: nothing renews or is charged on its own. A lifetime key does not expire. Both include 10,000 AVIF conversions a month. When a yearly key ends, the plugins go back to their free limits and nothing is deleted.
Receipts and refunds
The receipt is sent by the payment provider to the email used at checkout. For a refund within 30 days, see the terms and the contact page.
